Choose Your Happy is kicking off Whine-Free Wednesdays!! Thanks to Candice T. of Huntington, WV for the idea as she and her family are taking on No Negativity Month.
If you are anything like me then you’ll realize you gotta ease into this negativity rehab before you can tackle a whole month… so let’s just start with a day. One whole day of no whining, complaining, cursing, moaning, bitching, grumbling, or nagging.
It’s time for a little positive realism. We’ll work on optimism in the future, don’t worry! Baby steps, people!
1. Refuse to let grumpy people or little things bother you. Seriously, just let it go.
2. Smile more.
3. Say please, thank you, and you’re welcome.
That’s all there is to it! If you apply these three rules to your Wednesday then your whining will drastically decrease.
